VEGETABLE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 lg. bell pepper, grated
1/2 c. carrots, grated fine
2 tbsp. onions, grated
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
3 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
1 c. extra fine pecans, grated

Drain and press as much juice as possible from vegetables and pineapple.

Mix all together (except pecans).

Form into ball and chill in freezer about 20 minutes, then roll in pecans.

Refrigerate. Serve with crackers of your choice.
