4 eggs
2 c. flour
3 c. raw carrots
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
2-3 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

ICING:

1 box confectioners' sugar
1/2 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Mix dry ingredients for cake, beat eggs, add oil. Mix together. Add carrots and nuts last. Pour into greased layer pans. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes. Mix frosting ingredients and spread on cake.
