BANANA FLIPS 
Yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 pkg. instant banana cream pudding
1 1/2 c. milk

FILLING:

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. banana extract

Beat well cake mix, eggs, banana cream pudding and milk. Divide into 2 jelly roll pans. Bake at 350 degrees 10-15 minutes.

Beat filling ingredients 5 minutes. Spread on one layer. Top with other layer.
