MARY'S BANANA CAKE 
Cake:

2 large bananas (measuring out to one cup)
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. sour milk

In a large bowl, mash 2 bananas until soft. Add butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla and beat.

In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.

Combine banana mixture with flour mixture, mixing well. Add sour milk to mixture and blend well. Pour into greased and floured cake pans.

Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes. Cool and ice.

Icing:

1 pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
3 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine ingredients and mix well. Ice cake when cooled.
