EASY CRUSHED BANANA CAKE 
1 1/4 cups sugar
2 eggs
1/4 cup buttermilk (or sour milk)
2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
4 over ripened crushed bananas

Mix everything together and pour into a greased and floured 9x13-inch baking dish.

Bake at 375°F for 40 to 50 minutes.

Whipped Cream topping is best.
