MOIST AND EASY BANANA CAKE WITH
PEACHES
 
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/3 cups sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant banana pudding mix
1 1/4 cups milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 cup canola oil
5 tbsp. butter, melted
1/3 cup dairy sour cream
1 (15 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained

Preheat oven to 350°F. Butter and flour a 9x13-inch cake pan.

Whisk together dry ingredients in large bowl. Stir in liquid ingredients until well blended.

Place sliced peaches on bottom of cake pan. Pour batter over the peaches.

Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
