SMOKED SAUSAGE DINNER 
1 med. onion, chopped
1 lb. smoked Polish sausage, cut 1/2 inch thick
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
1 c. uncooked noodles

In a large skillet, cook onion and sausage until onion is tender and sausage is heated through. Drain off fat. Stir in the undrained tomatoes and noodles. Heat to boiling. Reduce the heat. Cover and simmer the noodle mixture for 10-12 minutes or until the noodles are tender, stirring every 4 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
