MARINATED VEGETABLES 
1 can shoe peg corn
1 can french style green beans
1/2 c. green pepper
Carrots, chopped fine as many as you would like (cooked a little)
1 can English peas
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. celery, chopped

MARINATE:

1/2 c. red wine vinegar with garlic
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Bring to a boil and pour over vegetables. Marinate for 24 hours.
