8 VEGETABLE MARINATED SALAD 
1 (16 oz.) can cut green beans, drained
1 (16 oz.) can cut wax beans, drained
1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
1 c. cooked and drained lima beans
1 c. drained can whole kernel corn
1 c. sliced carrots
3 med. onions, chopped
2 med. green peppers, chopped
1 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil

Combine vegetables in a large bowl, toss lightly. Combine vinegar, sugar and oil bring to a boil. Pour hot marinade over vegetables. Stir. Cover and chill overnight. Yield: 12 servings.
