MARINATED VEGETABLES 
1 sm. bottle Italian dressing
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. vinegar

Pour this over any raw vegetables you wish: cauliflower, onion (make into rings), tomatoes, carrots, broccoli, green peppers or celery. Marinate for a few hours. Cut up vegetables into bite size pieces before pouring on dressing mix. I used cauliflower, broccoli, purple onions, carrots and tomatoes. It makes a colorful salad.
