PINEAPPLE CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/3 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. chopped green onion
1 tbsp. seasoned salt

Place the cream cheese in a bowl, gradually stir in crushed pineapple, nuts, green pepper, onion and salt. Chill in refrigerator several hours or just before serving. When ready to serve, roll into 2 small balls, roll each ball in fine chopped pecans. Serve with crackers.
