PINEAPPLE CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. chopped pecans, divided
1/2 c. chopped green pepper (optional)
2 tbsp. chopped chives (dried)
1 tbsp. seasoned salt (optional)

Soften cream cheese to room temperature. Cream and gradually stir in drained pineapple until smooth. Add 1 cup pecans and chives. Chill mixture well. Place on plate and form into ball. Sprinkle pecans on top. Chill until serving time.
