PINEAPPLE CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. chopped pecans or other nuts
1/4 c. finely chopped green peppers
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion

In medium bowl, with fork, beat cream cheese until smooth. Stir in pineapple, 1 cup nuts, green pepper, onion, and salt. Shape into ball. Roll ball in remaining nuts. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until well chilled. (Can be frozen.)
