ENCHILADA STACK 
1 lb. ground beef
7 oz. salsa
1 to 2 tablespoons chili powder
1 c. sour cream
1 chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
4 flour tortillas (large)
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Brown ground beef with chopped onion. Drain off fat. Add salsa, salt and chili powder. Simmer about 20 minutes. Using a baking dish approximately the same diameter as the tortilla and about 2 inches deep. Place one tortilla in the bottom of pan. Spread sour cream on the tortilla, followed by the meat mixture and cheese. Repeat layering steps with other tortillas. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
