ENCHILADA STACK | |
1 lb. lean ground beef 1 tsp. garlic salt 1 can sliced olives 6 corn tortillas (lightly buttered) 1 c. sour cream 1 onion, chopped 1 tbsp. chili powder 1 can tomato sauce 2 c. grated cheese (1/2 Cheddar, 1/2 Jack) Brown ground beef, onions and garlic. Add seasonings, olives and tomato sauce. Alternate layers as follows in a casserole dish: Buttered tortillas, meat sauce, sour cream and cheese. Place layer upon layer until dish is full. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes until cheese melts. Can be made ahead and frozen. 6 servings. |
