WHEAT GERM MUFFINS 
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. powdered soy milk
1 c. wheat germ
1 c. soy milk
2 eggs
1/4 c. honey or molasses
2 tbsp. oil

Sift into mixing bowl the flour, salt, baking powder, and powdered soy milk. Add and stir only until moist the wheat germ, soy milk, honey or molasses, and oil.

Fill paper baking cups or well greased muffin pans two thirds full. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes, or until brown. Makes a dozen large muffins.

NOTE: 1/2 cup raisins may be added with the wheat germ.
