STRAWBERRY BREAD 
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen strawberries, thawed & drained

Mix flour, cinnamon, soda and salt together and set aside. Combine oil, eggs and sugar in large bowl. Mix well. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture, stirring just until all ingredients are moistened. Stir in strawberries and pecans. Spoon mixture into 2 greased and floured 8 1/2" x 4 1/2" x 3" loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pans 10 minutes. Remove to wire rack and cool completely.
