MIKES STRAWBERRY BREAD 
2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen strawberries
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. oil
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. chopped pecans
2 c. sugar
3 tsp. cinnamon

Mix together strawberries, eggs and oil. Add dry ingredients to strawberry mixture. Stir to blend. Stir in nuts. Pour into 2 greased 9 x 5 inch loaf pans.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until a wooden toothpick inserted in the center comes out dry.

Note: To keep nuts from going to the bottom of the bread, reserve a little flour. Mix the reserved flour with the nuts before folding into the batter. Bread freezes well.
