GREEN GRAPES SUPREME 
1/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
1/2 c. commercial sour cream
5 c. seedless green grapes, washed and stemmed
Mint sprigs, optional

Combine brown sugar and sour cream in a large mixing bowl. Stir in grapes. Chill several hours. Spoon into individual serving dish. Garnish with mint, if desired. Serves 6-8.
