STRAWBERRY-PECAN BREAD | |
1 1/2 c. oil 2 c. sugar 2 c. sifted flour 3 eggs 3/4 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice 1 1/2 c. frozen strawberries, thawed 1 c. chopped pecans Combine first 7 ingredients in order given in bowl, mixing well after each addition. Fold in strawberries. Add pecans, mixing well. Spoon into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Yield: 2 loaves. |
