GARLIC ROASTED POTATOES 
3 lbs. small red potatoes
1/4 c. olive oil
6 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. rosemary
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Pierce each potato with a fork. Cook potatoes with olive oil, place in a 9x13x2-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper. Bake at 400°F for 50 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

Makes 8 servings.
