IRON SKILLET CHOCOLATE PIE 
3 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
3 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs, separated

Melt butter in iron skillet. Combine sugar, cocoa and flour and stir into melted butter. Add milk, egg yolks and vanilla. Beat with a whisk until smooth. Cook, stirring constantly, until thick and shiney. Pour into baked pastry shell and top with meringue made with the 3 egg whites and 6 tablespoons sugar. Bake at 325 degrees until brown.
