LIGHT 'N FRUIT PIE 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
3/4 c. boiling water
2 c. ice cubes
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 c. fresh sliced strawberries
1 graham cracker crust

Dissolve gelatin completely in boiling water. Add ice cubes and stir until Jello thickens, about 2-3 minutes. Remove any unmelted ice cubes. Blend in Cool Whip. Fold in fruit. Chill until mixture will mold. Spoon mixture into pie crust; chill 2 hours.
