LIGHT KEY LIME PIE 
1 can condensed milk
1/2 c. lime juice
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 sleeve graham crackers
1 tbsp. sugar
Add cinnamon if desired

Make Crust: Crush graham crackers in zip-lock bag with rolling pin or bottle; place in bowl; add sugar and cinnamon. Add melted butter to moisten. Place in 8 or 9 inch pie pan and bake in 350 degree oven until set. Cool. Set aside.

Pour condensed milk in bowl, add lime juice, beat with fork or mixer until mixed well. Fold in Cool Whip and add to cooled crust. Refrigerate a day ahead or several hours before serving. (I like to make my own crust rather than the store crust because it's thicker and much tastier.)
