8 MINUTE LIGHT 'N FRUITY PIE 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jello gelatin, strawberry or any flavor
2/3 c. boiling water
2 c. ice cubes
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
1 c. fresh strawberries, sliced
8" or 9" graham cracker crust

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, stirring about 3 minutes. Add ice cubes and stir until gelatin is thickened, about 2 to 3 minutes. Remove any unmelted ice. Blend in Cool Whip topping until smooth. Fold in fruit, chill if necessary, until mixture will mound. Spoon into pie crust. Chill 3 hours.
