PISTACHIO CAKE 
1 pkg. pistachio instant pudding
1 pkg. golden cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. almond extract

Mix together.

Make streusel: 1/2 c. sugar 1 tbsp. cinnamon

Mix together in small bowl. Grease and flour tube pan. Pour in 1/3 batter. Sprinkle with part of streusel. Repeat. Sprinkle remaining streusel on top. Bake in 350 degree (NOT preheated) oven for approximately 1 hour (check after 45 minutes). Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan.
