CHICKEN NUGGET TEMPURA 
2 skinless chicken breasts, boned and cut up in chunks
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. Accent
1/2 tsp. salt
Corn oil

Blend together egg, water, flour, Accent and salt. Dip chicken into batter. Drop chunks (several at a time) into 1/2 inch of corn oil heated to 370 degrees. Fry until golden on all sides. Drain and serve.
