CHICKEN NUGGETS 
Chicken meat cut into pieces

BATTER:

1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. water
2 eggs
4 tbsp. cornstarch
4 tbsp. oil
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. soy sauce

Mix batter ingredients altogether until smooth. Let sit a few minutes. Dip chicken pieces in batter; shake off excess. Fry in hot oil until done, turning as needed.

This is the best recipe for Chicken Nuggets I have ever had. It's easy/quick and has a very unique taste, if cooked just right the Chicken just melts in your mouth. I prefer it with 3 1/2 tsp of soy sauce, gives it that little extra taste.
