AUNTY DI'S CHICKEN NUGGETS 
1 pkg. 2 boneless chicken breasts
1 egg
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. water
3-4 tsp. sesame seeds
Salt and pepper to taste
Vegetable oil (for cooking)

Batter: Beat egg in water. Add flour, sesame seeds and salt and pepper to taste. Mix and set aside.

Cut chicken into 1x3 inch strips and mix into batter.

Heat 1/4 inch of vegetable oil in fry pan (electric) to 350 degrees. Add strips of batter dipped chicken and brown 3-4 minutes on each side until crisp. Line a platter with paper towels and put cooked chicken on to drain and absorb fat. Salt and pepper to taste.

This is such an easy recipe to follow and it has always been a family favorite over the years. When our kids were small they always asked for it and they would devour it at meal times.

These were some of the best chicken strips my family and I have ever eaten. I did change it up a bit by using seasoned salt and no sesame seeds, but ultimately it is the light crispy batter that makes these so great. I am making then again tonight.
