PISTACHIO CAKE 
1 pkg. white or yellow cake mix
1 pkg. Jello pistachio instant pudding & pie filling
3 eggs
1 c. club soda
1 c. oil
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Blend all ingredients. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour into greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.

Frost with either:

FROSTING:

1 1/2 c. cold milk
1 pkg. pistachio pudding
1 env. Dream Whip

Whip together about 5 minutes until thick. Split cake into layers and pat frosting between and reset onto center. Frost.

FROSTING:

5 oz. cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 box confectioners' sugar
