BEER CHEESE SOUP 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
4 c. chicken broth
1 1/2 c. half and half
1/2 tsp. egg; optional
16 oz. Cheez Whiz
6 oz. warm beer
1/4 tsp. chives
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Melt butter and flour, stir until blended. Add chicken broth and cream, stir until smooth. Add cheese, mix until melted. Add beer and Worcestershire sauce. Add egg and sprinkle chives on top. Simmer and serve.

Very good to serve with chopped fried bacon and seasoned croutons on top.
