BEER CHEESE SOUP 
1 c. American cheese, diced
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, diced
1 cube chicken bouillon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. butter
1/4 c. half & half
1 c. beer

Bring 4 cups cold water to simmer in the top of a double boiler. Add the cheeses, bouillon cube, and seasonings. In a small saucepan, melt butter, add the flour and blend until smooth paste is formed. After all the cheese is melted in double boiler, add the butter, flour mixture and whip briskly with wire whip. Cook 10 minutes at slow simmer. Add the half and half and beer. Blend with wire whip. Serve garnished with white popcorn. 8 cups.
