BEER CHEESE SOUP 
1/2 lb. butter
1 tbsp. green onion, chopped
3/4 c. flour
1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire
6 c. chicken broth
24 oz. Kraft Velveeta cheese
3/4 lb. chopped ham
1 (12 oz.) can beer

Saute green onion in butter. Remove from heat and add flour. Stir to remove lumps. Return to heat and add remaining ingredients. Simmer for at least 1 hour.
