PEPPER STEAK 
2 lg. bell peppers
1 lg. onion
Donna's Chow Mein Sauce
Homemade gluten cut in 1/2 inch strips

Cut pepper and onion into strips. Steam vegetables in a little water, then add sauce and gluten strips. Simmer to blend flavors. Serve over cooked brown rice.
