CHICKEN PARMESAN 
1/4 c. fine bread crumbs
4 tbsp. grated Parmesan
1/4 tsp. oregano
Dash of garlic powder
2 lb. chicken parts (I use legs)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
Paprika
Dash of pepper

Combine crumbs, 2 tablespoons Parmesan, oregano, garlic and pepper. Roll chicken in mixture. Arrange in 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn chicken. Bake 30 minutes more.

Meanwhile blend soup and milk. Pour over the chicken. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan and some paprika. Bake 30 minutes more or until tender.
