CHICKEN PARMESAN 
4 chicken breasts, cut in half or may use legs and thighs
1 c. soft bread crumbs
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. butter, melted

Mix crumbs, cheese, parsley, garlic, and pepper. Dip chicken in melted butter. Roll in crumb mixture; coat well. Arrange chicken, skin side up, in baking dish. Pour remaining crumbs and butter over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 8.
