CHICKEN PARMESAN 
4 chicken leg quarters
1 1/2 c. chicken bouillon
1/4 c. sherry
1 can mushrooms
Lowry's garlic spread
Grated Parmesan cheese

Have chicken at room temperature. Salt and pepper chicken. Rub in garlic spread then sprinkle generously with Parmesan. Brown leg quarters in 2 tablespoons shortening. Add bouillon, sherry and mushrooms. Cover and simmer about 45 minutes. Thicken broth to make gravy. Serve with rice or noodles.
