ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE 
1/2 lb. American cheese, sliced (approximately 12 slices)
1/4 c. melted butter
4 c. cubed bread (8 slices)
4 c. zucchini, thinly sliced
3 ripe tomatoes
1/2 c. green pepper
1 med. onion
1 tsp. each salt and pepper

Pour butter over bread cubes and mix. Put a layer of each: Zucchini, tomatoes, green pepper, and onion in buttered casserole. Top with sprinkle of seasoning, a layer of bread cubes, and layer of cheese; repeat 2 times. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes, uncovered. Ham or chicken can be added. One meal dish. Turkey ham is real good.
