CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE 
1 lg. head cauliflower
1 c. bread crumbs
1 c. sour cream
Salt and pepper
Paprika

Break the cauliflower into flowerets and cook in slightly salted water until almost tender. Drain, and place in buttered baking dish. Cover with bread crumbs, season with salt and pepper, and pour sour cream over all. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake in 325 degree oven for about 25 minutes, or until crumbs are browned.
