CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESECAKE 
CRUST:

2 c. crushed chocolate Oreos
2 tbsp. melted butter

Combine crust ingredients; press in bottom and one inch up sides of a 10-inch spring form pan.

FILLING:

3 eggs
16 oz. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. whipping cream
1 c. chocolate chips

Beat eggs; add cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Beat until smooth; add whipping cream and blend well. Stir in 1 cup chocolate chips. Pour into prepared crust and bake at 325 degrees for 60-70 minutes or until center is set. To minimize cracking, place shallow pan 1/2 full of hot water on lower rack of oven during baking. Cool.

GLAZE:

1/4 c. chocolate chips
1 tsp. shortening

Melt chocolate chips with shortening. Drizzle over cooled cheesecake. Refrigerate overnight and remove sides of pan before serving.
