CAULIFLOWER SUPREME 
1 med. cauliflower, cut into flowerets
2/3 c. sliced celery
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. dry white wine or chicken broth
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Paprika

1. Cook cauliflower about 6 minutes in boiling salted water until just tender. Drain. Combine with celery. Put into 1 1/2 quart buttered casserole.

2. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, parsley, salt, thyme, cheese and wine. Stir to blend. Spoon over cauliflower and celery. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika.

3. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes or until top is golden. Makes 4 servings.
