CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower
1 c. water
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. corn flake crumbs
1/3 c. green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Paprika

Cook cauliflower in 1 cup boiling water until crisp-tender. Drain. Combine cauliflower, cheese, corn flake crumbs, green pepper and onion. Spoon mixture into lightly greased 2-quart casserole. Spread top with sour cream. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Yield: 6 servings.
