CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE 
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. water
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen cauliflower
1/2 c. corn flake crumbs
1/2 c. minced green pepper
1/4 c. finely minced onion
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Paprika

Cook cauliflower in water until tender. Drain. Combine cauliflower and next 4 ingredients. Spoon mixture into greased 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with Parmesan and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
