RHUBARB-BLUEBERRY JAM 
7 c. rhubarb, cut up
4 c. sugar
1 can blueberry pie mix
2 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry Jello

Mix and let stand for 15 minutes the cut-up rhubarb, sugar and blueberry pie mix. Then boil together for 10 minutes. Add the 2 packages of Jello. Stir until dissolved. Put in refrigerator or freeze.

NOTE: You can substitute strawberry pie mix for blueberry pie mix and use 2 packages strawberry Jello. This tastes like strawberry jam.
