BBQ PORK CHOPS AND ROASTED
POTATOES
 
6 lean pork chops
2 lg. onions, sliced into rings
6 lg. potatoes, peeled & halved
2/3 bottle barbecue sauce

Place pork chops in a single layer in a casserole dish. Layer potatoes and onion rings over meat. Pour barbecue sauce over vegetables and bake at 350 degrees until done, about 1 1/2 hours.
