LOW-FAT DILL DIP 
3/4 c. plain yogurt
1/4 c. light mayonnaise
1 tbsp. dried parsley
1/4 tsp. dill weed
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. onion powder
Dash of cayenne pepper

Combine all ingredients. Stir until mixed. Let stand 10 minutes so flavors blend.
