ARTICHOKE CASSEROLE 
2 cans artichoke hearts, packed in water
1 sm. can chopped black olives
1 tsp. chopped garlic
1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut artichokes in half and mix with remaining ingredients. Transfer to casserole dish and bake for 30 minutes.

You may want to add more or less bread crumbs and oil to your taste. Serves 4.
