ANGEL COOKIES 
1 c. white sugar
1 c. dark brown sugar
1 c. butter
1 lb. chopped dates
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. chopped pecans
1 1/2 c. coconut
4 c. Rice Krispies
Confectioner's sugar

Mix chopped pecans, coconut and Rice Krispies in large bowl; set aside. In large pot mix sugars, butter, vanilla and dates. Bring to boil over medium heat. Boil 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; pour over Rice Krispies mixture. Mix well. Roll into small balls. Roll in confectioner's sugar. Store in covered container.
