1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 sq. melted chocolate
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 eggs
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. milk

Mix flour, sugar, salt and baking powder together. Beat egg yolks and add to milk. Combine mixtures. Add oil and melted chocolate. Fold in beaten egg whites. Bake in hot waffle iron. Best topped with ice cream. Mmm!
