5 med. size apples
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs

Peel and slice apples. Mix together sugar, walnuts, and cinnamon. Sprinkle over apples. In large bowl mix together rest of ingredients. Grease tube pan. Add 1/2 of cake mixture, then 1/2 of apple mix. Repeat. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour.
